Chops in Pomegranate Mustard Sauce

and pepper to taste |

and oil for sauteeing |

cup pomegranate juice |

Dredge
the chops in seasoned flour, and saute in a butter and oil mixture.
When the chops are done, remove from the pan and keep warm.
To the pan add the pomegranate juice and reduce to a thick glaze,
stirring to get up those wonderful brown bits on the bottom.
Add the remaining ingredients, stir well, and serve as a sauce
over the chops. |
