whole baby bok choy, trimmed of outer leaves |

cups chicken stock |

tbsp. fresh garlic, chopped |

2tbsp.
fresh ginger, chopped |

tsp. sesame oil |

| Heat
chicken stock in a large stockpot over medium heat. Add bok
choy, garlic and ginger until tender, about 8 minutes.
Remove
bok choy from stock and place on plate. Spoon some of the
stock over bok choy and drizzle with sesame oil.
