Braised Baby Bok Choy

  Serves 4
     
 
8 whole baby bok choy, trimmed of outer leaves 2 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp. fresh garlic, chopped 2tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped
1 tsp. sesame oil
Heat chicken stock in a large stockpot over medium heat. Add bok choy, garlic and ginger until tender, about 8 minutes.

Remove bok choy from stock and place on plate. Spoon some of the stock over bok choy and drizzle with sesame oil.
