| Here's
a way of cooking pork chops that it quick and easy and keeps
the moisture in (critical these days when pork has no fat and
tends to taste of very little!). |
| 4
pork chops |
1
large onion, sliced |
| Butter
Salt
and pepper |
| Sage
and onion stuffing (packet stuffing is fine) |
| Place
the onions in the bottom of a baking dish. Put the chops on
top. Spread all over with the stuffing and dot the top with
butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with foil, but
don't seal it down, and bake at 375° (GM5) for 45 minutes
to 1 hour. |
